We ask everyone, every time, so the states that require everyone's consent are covered the same way as the rest. Recordings are stored privately, analysed for coaching only, and deleted on the owner's request.
Keep the phone in your pocket or on the counter. Up to about 30 minutes per recording.
Stored. Once the recording is transcribed it is analysed. Each Monday a digest scores your visits and names one change; it is stored, not yet emailed.
