Your tech opens one page on the phone, says the line, gets the homeowner's yes, and records the conversation. That night the visit is analysed: how far it got, the objection, the line that landed, the sentence that ended it, and the one change for next time. Every Monday you get a coaching digest per tech. No seat minimum, no contract, no ride-along truck.

The recording page shows the words. The tech says them out loud at the door, every visit.
The homeowner says yes. The tech taps "The homeowner said yes". Only then does the record button work.
The phone records the conversation. At the end the tech taps stop and upload. The file goes to a private vault.
The analysis lands in the call vault that night. The Monday digest scores each tech and names one change.
No conversation is recorded without the homeowner's spoken yes, captured before the recording starts. The tech says, at the start of every recorded conversation:
"I record my visits for training, so my office can help me do a better job. Is that OK with you?"
If the answer is anything but yes, there is no recording, and the visit goes on without it. The page will not let the record button work until the yes is tapped. We ask everyone, every time, so the states that require everyone's consent are covered the same way as the rest. Recordings are stored privately, analysed for coaching only, and deleted at the owner's request.
Visits, average score, how often the tech asked for the decision, the objections heard.
The exact sentence that moved the homeowner, and the one that ended the visit. Verbatim, never paraphrased.
The single thing that would most improve the next visit, in plain words, every Monday.
