What Volta Orbit is
Volta Orbit is automated software: an AI front office and growth system for home-service businesses. Its AI voice assistant answers calls, books appointments onto your calendar, and powers the surrounding tools. The service is self-serve and delivered by software. Activation is reviewed before your number goes live.
The trial
Eligible shops start on a free 14-day trial: no card is required to begin, and every engine is on from day one. On day 12 the price and the plan chooser appear on your scoreboard and in an email. On day 14 a payment method is added, or the account pauses. Nothing is deleted while an account is paused, and you can resume at any time.
Plans and packs
After the trial, engines are grouped into four feature packs, and each plan keeps the packs that fit your size:
- Performance keeps the Front Office pack, for a shop of one or two trucks. It is billed monthly, plus a set fee for each booked visit and each booked replacement estimate.
- Crew adds the Growth and Insight packs, for a shop of up to five trucks.
- Fleet adds the Command pack, for a shop of six to fifteen trucks.
- Empire runs every pack, and adds multi-location, priority support and a quarterly strategy review, for a fleet of sixteen trucks or more or a shop with more than one location.
- Enterprise is sales-assisted and priced per location.
- The price you choose is held for twelve months from the day you choose it. Prices appear only on your day-12 chooser and your checkout link, never on our public pages.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- No contracts. Subscriptions are month to month unless you choose an annual plan. You can cancel any time and keep your data and your bookings.
- Cancel any time by emailing hello@voltaorbit.com. Your request goes to a person and is acted on the same business day. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. You keep your data and your bookings.
- Charges are processed by our merchant of record, whose name appears on your card statement.
- Refunds: if something went wrong with a charge, email hello@voltaorbit.com within 14 days and we will make it right consistent with our merchant of record's buyer terms. Contact us before initiating a chargeback and we will resolve it faster.
Calls and messaging
By submitting your number with the consent box checked, you agree Volta Orbit may call and text you at that number, including calls placed by its AI (artificial-voice) assistant, about your trial and launch. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary. We do not currently run an SMS marketing program, and texts sent to our published numbers are not monitored; to opt out of calls or texts, email hello@voltaorbit.com. Calls may be recorded for quality and to deliver the service; the assistant identifies itself as an AI.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and use the service lawfully.
- You control the prices the system quotes (it quotes your configured fees verbatim) and your calendar availability.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful communications or to violate telemarketing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
Service and availability
We work to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features over time; material changes to these terms will be posted here.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, brand, and content are ours or our licensors'. Your business data remains yours; if you leave, you keep it.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
