Terms of Service

What Volta Orbit is
Volta Orbit is automated software: an AI front office and growth system for home-service businesses. Its AI voice assistant answers calls, books appointments onto your calendar, and powers the surrounding tools. The service is self-serve and delivered entirely by software.
The trial
Eligible shops start on a Prove-It Trial: you pay nothing until the system has booked $5,000 of work for your business (terms and caps shown at signup). No card is required to begin. A payment method is requested when the system books your first job.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- No contracts. Subscriptions are month to month unless you choose an annual plan.
- Cancel anytime, in one click, from your account. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. You keep your data.
- Charges are processed by our merchant of record, whose name appears near the payment button and on your statement (statement descriptor: VOLTAORBIT).
- Refunds: if something went wrong with a charge, email hello@voltaorbit.com within 14 days and we will make it right consistent with our merchant of record's buyer terms. Contact us before initiating a chargeback and we will resolve it faster.
Calls and messaging
By submitting your number with the consent box checked, you agree Volta Orbit may call and text you at that number, including calls placed by its AI (artificial-voice) assistant, about your demo and launch. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Calls may be recorded for quality and to deliver the service; the assistant identifies itself as an AI.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and use the service lawfully.
- You control the prices the system quotes (it quotes your configured fees verbatim) and your calendar availability.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful communications or to violate telemarketing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
Service and availability
We work to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features over time; material changes to these terms will be posted here.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, brand, and content are ours or our licensors'. Your business data remains yours; if you leave, you keep it.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
