Who we are
Volta Orbit ("we," "us") provides automated AI front-office software for home-service businesses, including an AI voice assistant that answers and books calls. Contact: hello@voltaorbit.com. Mailing address: available on request at hello@voltaorbit.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
- Consent records: when you start a trial, we record the consent language you agreed to, the time, your IP address, and your browser type, so we can prove and honor your consent.
- Call data: if you call a line answered by Volta Orbit, or receive a call from us, the call may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Our assistant identifies itself as an AI.
- Basic site analytics: privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement of page visits.
How we use it
To set up and run the trial you requested, to send you activation and product information you asked for, to operate and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will never be shared with or sold to any third party. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. We do not currently run an SMS marketing program, and texts sent to our published numbers are not monitored and will not reach us. To opt out of calls or texts, or to ask for help, email hello@voltaorbit.com.
Who we share with
We share personal information with the service providers that run the product on our behalf, each bound to use your data solely to provide the service to us: voice infrastructure, appointment scheduling, SMS and telephony carriers, database hosting, automation hosting, site hosting and content delivery, and our payment merchant of record. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Opt out of calls or texts at any time by replying STOP, saying so on a call, or emailing hello@voltaorbit.com. We honor revocations promptly. You may request access to or deletion of your information at the same address. California residents may exercise applicable rights under California law by emailing us.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above (consent records are retained as legal proof of consent) and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
