What is built, and what is planned

  • Built today: your quiet-quote list. The quotes that went quiet are emailed to you to call yourself.
  • Built today: the plan. Each quote that reaches Follow-Up gets its schedule of steps planned. Every step is logged as not sent, because sending to the customer is switched off.
  • Planned: one board. Every quote: sent, followed up, booked, declined, expired. The amount, the last step, the next step.
  • Planned: same-night analysis. Each call analysed the evening it happens: the objection, the line that landed, the sentence that ended it.
  • Planned: the Monday email. The quotes to call yourself, and why the others said no.
  • The rules, designed in. The caller will identify itself as an AI on every call. It will call only clients who asked you for a quote and left a number with consent on file; everyone else gets email only. It will never invent a price; it quotes yours.
